An Unfortunate Example of a Muslim Standing for Justice

Though Muslims greet one another with peace, there is one word that captures the essence of all Islamic laws and all Islamic teachings - justice.
On Wednesday (Dec 12, 2007), Hassan Askari, a Muslim college student in New York City, put his beliefs into action in a New York City subway in defense of two young Jewish people who were attacked by a group of 10 people after wishing everyone on the train “Happy Chanukah”.
